You’ll be charged immediately when you sign up (for the following month’s mail), and your subscription will renew automatically each month on the same date as your original sign-up — you may cancel anytime.

Example: If you join on November 12, you’ll receive December’s mail and then you’ll be charged again on December 12 for the January mail.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.

If you cancel after your payment has been processed, you’ll still receive the upcoming month’s mail (since it’s already been paid for). After that, your subscription will end, and you will no longer be charged or receive future mail.

All sales are final. Refunds are only available if USPS officially confirms a Vol. 2 package was lost and the insurance claim is approved.

All Club Rebelleza mail ships out on the 1st of each month. (If the 1st falls on a weekend it will be shipped the following Monday). Join after the 1st? You’re on next month’s list, babe.

I trust USPS with your mail, but sometimes they test my patience too. Club Rebelleza Vol. 1 mail isn’t insured — that’s how I keep it affordable for everyone.

For Vol. 1: If you don’t receive your mail within 10 days after I announce it’s been shipped (on Instagram or TikTok) reach out to me. I can’t offer refunds, but I’ll make it right the best I can.

For Vol. 2: Ships with tracking and insurance through Pirate Ship. If USPS confirms it was lost or never delivered, I’ll file a claim and offer a full refund once the claim is approved. If tracking says delivered but it’s missing, please check with your local post office or neighbors first — sometimes USPS misdelivers. If it’s still missing after checking locally, I can offer a 20% refund since USPS doesn’t cover packages marked as delivered.
