FAQ

How does the membership work?

You’ll be charged immediately when you sign up, and your first envelope will be part of the current month’s mail as long as you join before the 25th.

Orders placed on or after the 25th will start with next month’s mail.

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you joined — you may cancel anytime.
How does cancellation work?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.

If you cancel after your payment has been processed, you’ll still receive the upcoming month’s mail (since it’s already been paid for). After that, your subscription will end, and you will no longer be charged or receive future mail.

All sales are final.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

U.S. only for now, babe. I’m testing international rates so I can keep it safe and not break your wallet.
When will I receive my mail?

Club Rebelleza mail ships out on the 25th of each month. (If the 25th falls on a weekend it will be shipped the following Monday). Join after the 25th? You’re on next month’s list, babe.


Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping included?

Yes!
What if I dont receive my mail?

I trust USPS with your mail but sometimes they test my patience too. Each Club Rebelleza envelope is sent with a good old-fashioned postage stamp, so there’s no tracking or insurance. Once it’s dropped off, it’s in USPS’s hands (literally).

If your mail hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please check with your local post office or neighbors first — sometimes USPS misdelivers.

While I can’t offer refunds for untracked mail, I always do my best to make it right and I’ll be happy to include extras or a small bonus in your next package as a thank-you for your patience and support.
Will I be charged taxes?

As of right now, only Texas residents are subject to a small tax. (Fight the state, not me)
